  I ordered tacos for delivery, they said 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting about 65-70 minutes I called to see how much longer it would take due to plans I had for after dinner. The delivery driver actually answer the phone saying he had a few deliveries as well as mine and he was leaving soon, I asked him to deliver mine last due to me needing to take a shower. After I received the food after my shower it was next to ice cold. I called the store and talked to a manager, and she (who was very disrespectful) said she overheard mine and the delivery driver's conversation and basically said since I asked for my food to be delivered last of course it was cold. I disagreed with her saying it shouldn't matter what order the food is delivered, it should still be warm enough to consume. I've had a few friends also have similar issues. They are not accountable, and obviously don't care about their customers

  Late and 4th time forgetting sauces
  
  We have ordered from the Copeland Ave location many times and many times have been disappointed. Usually they forget our cheese sauces after being specified in the online order that we needed them just to be told they didn't see that or forgot oops yeah oops is not good enough. Don't get me wrong I love BA but delivery is horrible sometimes we wait an hour to an hour and a half and our stuff is cold no thank you

  My daughter loves the place, you get more then full, can be a tad pricey depending on what you get. But over all very good
